Private companies are hoping to capitalise on the high demand for quality homes and, at the recently-concluded GuyExpo trade fair, they took the opportunity to present their services to the Guyanese public.
One such company is Sunset Lakes Incorporated, which was included in this year’s Chinese Booth at GuyExpo.
Sunset Lakes has embarked on a housing development dubbed the “New Life Community,” which will see the construction of approximately 386 homes on 100 acres of land.
In an interview with Stabroek News, representatives of the company explained that Sunset Lakes is hoping to “break all of the records” in the housing development industry.
