A fifty-two-year-old man appeared before the Albion’s Magistrate Court yesterday morning on the charge of murder.
Harrynarine Mathura called Casreep, 49, of Haswell, Port Mourant, Corentyne, appeared before Magistrate Rabindranauth Singh. Mathura was not required to plead to the indictable charge. The charge read, stated that, the “accused on the 5th of October 2014 at Well Tank Dam, Miss Phoebe murdered Rajeshwar Ramdhani”.
Mathura was unrepresented while, the state is being represented by Police prosecutor Sergeant Phillip Sherriff. Mathura has been remanded until the
