Four suspects were yesterday remanded to prison after being charged with the murder of Saleem Azeez Abdool, the electrical engineer who was fatally shot near his Prashad Nagar Home during a robbery on Sunday morning.
Another man was also remanded to prison after he was allegedly found with the murder weapon.
It is alleged on October 19th, at Delhi Street, Prashad Nagar, Glenroy Griffith, 21, Julian Mack, 33, Gerald Warde and Justin Griffith, 22, murdered Saleem Azeez Abdool in furtherance of a robbery of an undisclosed amount of cash.
The four men were not required to plead to the charge when it was read to them by Magistrate Judy Latchman
