Banks DIH Limited has made a monetary donation to the National Library for the “Gillian Thompson Reading Challenge” in honour of the late Chief Librarian who died in a motor vehicle accident last year, a release from Banks DIH said on Friday.
The Reading Challenge has been organized to promote reading among young adults and adults which was an initiative started by the late Chief Librarian.
The cheque was presented by Troy Peters, Banks DIIH Limited Communications Manager to Chief Librarian (ag.) Emily King
