The European Union (EU) has recruited two experts to support the Guyana Elections Commission (Gecom) in its capacity building activities, on request of the Government of Guyana and Gecom.
According to a press release from the EU, the recruitment of the experts: an International Technical Assessor (ITA) and an Information Communication Technology Specialist (ICTS) is being funded from the EU-Guyana Technical Cooperation Facility.
