Festival City Warriors continued their winning ways in the Guinness Greatest of the Streets Georgetown edition, dismantling Island All-Stars by a 3-0 margin in the penultimate fixture on Tuesday at the National Cultural Centre Tarmac. Daniel Favourite broke the deadlock in the seventh minute with a powerful right-footed strike to the left-hand corner, after skilfully turning his marker in the centre of the field upon receiving a pass.

Defender Solomon Austin would then increase their lead two minutes later with a first time strike into the right hand corner after receiving a flat right-sided Eon Alleyne cross on the left side of the field.

Alleyne would then cap off a fine team showing as he set up Andrew Gad’s 17th minute goal with a left-sided pass to the player following a two-on-one situation with the final defender.

Also maintaining their unbeaten run in the event was Albouystown-A who defeated D’urban Street 2-0 compliments of a Shaka Jones double.
