Remanded prisoner Rudolph London was yesterday fined $20,000 along with six months imprisonment when he appeared before Magistrate Ann McLennan charged with possession of narcotics.
The charge against London, 43, of 109 Best Village, West Coast Demerara, read that on November 23 at the Georgetown Prison he had in his possession 3.5 grammes
