The Management of Bosai Minerals Group (Guyana) Incorporated (BMGG) and the union representing the employees have reached an agreement on increases in wages and salaries.
According to a joint statement, an increase of 6.5% across the board for employees within the bargaining unit along with a $550 snack allowance, retroactive to April 1st, 2014, was agreed to by the BMGG and the National Association of Agricultural Commercial and Industrial Employees (NAACIE).
The agreement was signed between the BMGG and NAACIE last Friday at the Watooka House, Linden.
