A Mon Repos resident is now nursing a gunshot wound to his leg, after he was shot by man yesterday morning, in front of his home. Injured is Satran Sukhdeo, 41, of Block 8 Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara, who was shot in his left leg.
According to the man’s teenaged son, who was sitting on a swing in front of the premises, his father went to his vehicle to retrieve a hat. The young man said he saw two masked men exiting their neighbour’s yard, and they shouted “freeze” and pointed their guns in Sukhdeo’s direction. Sukhdeo, his son added,
