Joshua Eze Franklyn, 45, the main suspect in the Tuschen triple murder was yesterday charged along with his son, Jimmy Franklyn, 19, at the Vreed-en-Hoop Magistrate Court with the capital offence.
They were charged with three counts of murder and are scheduled to return to the Leonora Court on March 11. Attorney Satesh Kissoon
