A Courtland Village construction worker, who allegedly tied up his reputed wife overnight, burnt her with cigarettes and a knife and attempted to burn the bed she was tied to, has been placed on $200,000 bail after he was charged with unlawful wounding and inflicting grievous bodily harm.
