GECOM gets three ATVs from UNDP

On Tuesday, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) handed over three Honda All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) to the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) to assist the Secretariat with its work at its various interior locations in Guyana.

Speaking at the simple handing over ceremony in GECOM’S compound, representative from the UNDP Mr. Trevor Benn (right) while handing over the keys for the ATVs to GECOM’s Chief Election Officer Keith Lowenfield, expressed the UNDP’s commitment to supporting a transparent electoral process.
