A 12-year-old girl is now hospitalized nursing severe burns to her chest and legs after her mother allegedly doused her with hot water because of a telephone call.
The burnt girl’s two younger siblings have since been taken into protective custody and their mother has since been arrested by the police.
According to a source, early last evening, the 12-year-old was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital by her mother.
