The remote Amerindian community of Masakenari in Deep South Rupununi received a boost from the government in the form of $10 million to develop a trail leading into the community.

According to a report from the Government Information Agency (GINA), a cheque for $10 million was handed over to the Toshao Paul Chekema by the Minister Pauline Sukhai last weekend.
