The Ministry of Public Works yesterday said it is concerned at the alarming rate at which traffic and highway lights components are being stolen.
In a statement, it said that various components have been removed from traffic installations and highway lights. Cobra Head Lamps, Distribution Cables (Triplex Wire) and 25 kVA Pole Mounted Transformers have been lost from highway lights while S24 Traffic Controllers, Energy (kWh) Meters, Batteries have been stolen
