Cricket lovers are in for a treat this weekend with 10 scheduled Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) matches including a clash between Demerara Cricket Club (DCC) and Malteenoes Sports Club (MSC) today in the GCA/Hadi’s World Incorporated First Division Two-Day Competition set for the MSC ground at Thomas Lands.
DCC with 132 points from seven games will take on MSC with 118 points from six matches in what is expected to be a very competitive encounter. Several former and current national players will be doing battle for the tourney’s frontrunners, including former national youth player Kellon Carmichael
