Nyron Joseph and Raphael DeGroot maintained their unbeaten showing in their Open Category when the Guyana Squash Association (GSA) Bounty Farm Handicap Squash tourney continued on Friday at the Georgetown Club Squash Courts.
Joseph (-16) defeated Ashley Khalil (-3) 15 – 6, 15 – 9 while DeGroot (-13) brushed aside John Maikoo (+7) 18 – 16, 14 – 16, 15 – 13
Similarly clinching a win in the division was Jason Ray Khalil (-24) who defeated Ben Mekdeci (-11) 15 – 7, 15 – 6 while Nicholas Narain (-15) defeated Regan Pollard (-16) 16 – 14, 15 – 10 and Ben Mekdeci (-11) defeated Daniel Islam (+7) 19 – 17, 15 – 13.
In the Category-A section, Michael Alphonso (-1) defeated James Mekdeci (+7) 17 – 15, 15 – 13 while Ethan Jonas (-1) downed Liam Carpenter (+9) 15 – 9, 15 – 10 and
