Minister of Foreign Affairs, Carolyn Rodrigues-Birkett today officially launched the 10th European Development Fund (EDF) Capacity building project. This event took place at the Duke Lodge, Kingston, Georgetown.
GINA said that Eugene Petty, Director of Development Cooperation, CARIFORUM Directorate, pointed out that the three-day regional sensitisation workshop, which began today, is designed to contribute to the effective overall implementation of the EU-CARIFORUM Cooperation.
