A 43-year-old Bachelors Adventure, East Coast Demerara man collapsed and died in front of the Georgetown Public Hospital on Thomas Street yesterday morning.
The man, who was identified as Delly Payne, was suffering from a terminal illness and was headed to the hospital for treatment when he collapsed
