A Craig, East Bank Demerara shopkeeper was last night shot by an armed bandit who then escaped.
The man only identified as ‘Joe’ was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital by his relatives.
Up to press time he was being treated for a single gunshot wound and his medical condition was listed as stable.
