President Donald Ramotar has expressed optimism that the new National Track and Field Center, at Leonora, West Demerara will bring sports glory to Guyana, GINA said.
Before a capacity crowd yesterday of sports officials, athletes, students and other stakeholders, the president said that “mega events” are now possible, as no such facility existed previously.
