A new bridge has been constructed at the Eastville Housing Scheme, East Coast Demerara by H Nauth and Sons Civil Engineering Contractors after the old one caved in under the weight of one of its heavy-duty trucks.
The engineering company’s truck was navigating the bridge on April 1, when it collapsed under the weight.
