Taurus did not expect that the APNU Coalition P.R. folks would know and capture the concept of vulgarians. My belated and envious congratulations to APNU’s weekly Sunday writers for that. In another’ paper they wrote of the “Rise of the Vulgarians” in the PPP/C, especially at election campaign time.
APNU has declared Dr. Bharrat – the UN Earth Champion – as the Father Founder of the New Vulgarian Movement. Whether Champion of Earth or Dirt, Dr. Bharrat may be on to something.
