The police today said that Lloyd Grant, 18 years, of “C” Field, Turkeyen, ECD; and Orandel Noel, 18 years, of “B” Field Sophia, have been charged after they were found looting a house at “C” Field, Sophia, during the night of Monday, May 11, 2015.
They will be appearing at the Sparendaam Magistrate Court today.
