Andre Gomez, who is accused of fatally shooting a bystander while firing at another person during an altercation outside Palm Court on Sunday, was yesterday charged with murder.
Gomez appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court 1, where he was not required to plead to the capital charge. It is alleged that on May 10th, at Middle Street, Cummingsburg, he murdered Nigel Isaacs.
