Less than a year after his father was freed of a murder charge, Steve Allicock appeared in a city court charged with the same crime yesterday.
Allicock, who eluded capture for over five years, was arraigned at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court 1, where he was accused of murdering Wendell Tappin on December 31st, 2009.
He was not required to plead to the indictable charge, which was read by
