Indian Vice Minister and Special Secretary (Americas) in the Ministry of External Affairs Shri R. Swaminathan paid a courtesy on Head of State David Granger and Prime Minister Moses Nagamootoo on Monday at the Ministry of the Presidency, GINA said.
Swaminathan today addressed the CARICOM-India Joint commission meeting at the CARICOM Secretariat.
