A bandit is suspected to have been shot by his accomplice last evening while they were carrying out an armed robbery at a New Amsterdam supermarket.
Stabroek News was told that the attack occurred around 7PM at the M. Ali and Son supermarket, located at Main and Pope streets, New Amsterdam, from where the two robbers carted off an undisclosed amount of cash, a licensed firearm belonging to Mohammed Ali, one of the
