Kingston Practical Instruction Centre for rehab

The Ministry of Education and Digicel (Guyana) Ltd are partnering to rehabilitate the Kingston Practical Instructions Centre (KPIC) located in Kingston, the ministry announced yesterday. Minister of Education Dr. Rupert Roopnaraine and a delegation from Digicel toured the facility, where wood work, brick work, metal work and technical drawings are taught for five feeders schools across the city.
