Some of the children at the Seventh National Eid Fest hosted by the Indian Action (formerly arrival) Committee at the Kingston Development Center Mosque, Corriverton, Berbice on Saturday last. According to a press release, the event included, prayers, singing, reading from the Quran and a cultural programme after which refreshments were served. The committee thanked Banks DIH, DDL, Survival Supermarket, RK’s, Guyana Rice Development Board and NCN among others for supporting the event.
