The management of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) Operations Company (OPCO) Guyana Inc., today presented the Minister of Education, Dr. Rupert Roopnaraine (centre) with an Amazon Warriors autographed bat.
A release from the Ministry of Education said that the names of fifteen well-known cricketers were inscribed on the bat: Sunil Narine, Denesh Ramdin, Lendl Simmons, Umar Akmal, Brad Hodge, Shiv Chanderpaul, David Wiese, Christopher Barnwell, Veerasammy Permaul, Trevon Griffith, Ronsford Reaton, Marchant De Lange, Devindra Bishoo, Assad Fudadin, and Paul Wintz.
