A second person will today be charged with the June 1 murder of Mahaica rice farmer Hardat Kissoon, Crime Chief Wendell Blanhum has confirmed.
Blanhum told Stabroek yesterday that the man was arrested by police earlier this week.
Kissoon, called `Buju’ of Cane Grove, Mahaica died instantly after being shot once in the chest by a gunman who escaped on a motorcycle
