A Cuban couple was yesterday fined $60,000 by a city magistrate after admitting to overstaying in Guyana.
Wilkar Poque Carreno, 27, was charged with overstaying his time in Guyana from June 18 to June 30 after being permitted to stay from April 16 to June 18. Margueis Moreno Ozuna, 25, was also charged with overstaying her time in Guyana from June 30 to July 30, after being permitted to stay from June 16 to June 29.
