A fisherman was yesterday sentenced to nine months in prison after he admitted to stealing items from the National Insurance Scheme (NIS) Sports Complex.
City Magistrate Ann McLennan was told that Brian Browne, 27, confessed to the crime after police stopped him on a bicycle with a bag filled with the stolen items.
