A city worker removing a section of the steel fence of the IMEX International building at High and Leopold streets yesterday. The City Council has said that the steel gate and fence with a solid concrete foundation were unlawfully erected on a reserve that was intended for a drain, while the owner of the property, John Ganesh, said he was given permission by the city and adhered to all conditions.
