Dynamic Airways LLC, which runs a service between Guyana and New York, has been summoned to bankruptcy court over US$130,827 in alleged debt to three hotels.
The debt ostensibly relates to rooms that the airline has used to accommodate passengers.
According to court documents seen by Stabroek News, a petition under title 11 of the United States Code was filed against Dynamic on August 13th, 2015 in the United States Bankruptcy Court,
