Shawn Barrow, 23, was yesterday charged with the murder of Kellon Hinds, who was gunned down last Monday in what is believed to have been a reprisal killing.
Barrow was not required to plead to the charge, which stated that on August 31st, at East Ruimveldt, he murdered Hinds. Appearing for Barrow, attorney George Thomas stated that it was quite unfortunate that his client had found himself in such a situation and
