Paralysed accident victim at GPH has nowhere to go

Ragesh Ragbeer is calling on the public for assistance after being left paralysed from the waist down following an accident some five months ago. He is still hospitalized at the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPH) with nowhere to go despite having been discharged.
