Armed robbery accused freed after victims fail to show up

A man accused of five counts of armed robbery had the charges against him dismissed on Friday after the virtual complainants failed to show up in a city court.

Dylon Henry, 24, of 53 Houston Housing Scheme has maintained his innocence since last December when he was remanded to prison after he stood accused of the five indictable charges.

The charges stated on September 7, 2014 at Agricola he robbed Lyndon Parks of a quantity of cash and a cellular phone amounting to $122,000. It was also alleged that on the same date and location, he and others robbed Ken Khan of a quantity of
