Cleaning the wrong way.. While cleaning the alley linking Camp Street and Wellington Street last week City Council workers allegedly dismantled the fence bordering this unoccupied property and dumped the contents of the previously clogged drain onto the land. Town Clerk Royston King, speaking with Stabroek News yesterday, acknowledged that the work was being done by the council.
