The Ministry of the Presidency’s Communications Director Mark Archer has declined his selection to serve as a member of the National Communications Network (NCN) Board of Directors, citing his demanding work commitments as the reason.
Asked during a post-Cabinet press briefing on Wednesday why he decided to resign from the Board, Archer clarified that he had declined his selection for membership and indicated in a letter to Prime Minister Moses Nagamootoo, who has the responsibility for public information, that he would be unable to serve due to all his responsibilities.
