A three-year-old boy and his father drowned after the small boat they were travelling in capsized in the vicinity of Pap Falls, Essequibo River on Sunday evening.
‘F’ Division Comman-der Senior Superintendent Ravindradat Budhram identified the child as Rudolph Dyal and his father as Michael Dyal, 37, who were returning home when the tragedy occurred. They were from a small community located in the Pap Falls area.
