Historian Tota Mangar was robbed of his SUV on Monday evening, just after he exited Moray House on Camp Street, Georgetown.
Mangar told Stabroek News that he exited Moray House around 8.40 pm, after attending the launching for two books by his colleague Roy Brummell. He said he entered his vehicle, PMM 6390, when two men, one armed with a gun and another with a knife, attacked him.
