The driver accused in the Bath Settlement Public Road accident that claimed the life of an eleven-year-old boy was yesterday charged with three offences including causing death by dangerous driving.
Puran Ramoo appeared in the Fort Wellington Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Rondell Weaver where he denied the charges read to him and was placed on a total of $600,000 bail. He was also charged with driving under the influence.
