The Permanent Secretary of the Department of Culture, Youth and Sport, Alfred King (right) today met with the present Black and Green Ranger, Azim Rizk and team which includes Grandmaster, Koe-Woong Choung from the Tang Soo Do General Federation – Korea, Grandmaster Jose Torres. The 15-man team was invited to Guyana by Roland Eudoxie (2nd Dan Black Belt) – Director/Kyo Sa Nim, Tang Soo Do International-Guyana.
