Singh’s ton helps put Jaguars in strong position

Vishaul Singh stroked his seventh first-class ton to put the Guyana Jaguars in a strong position at the end of the second day of their Regional four-day match against the Windward Islands Volcanoes.

Vishaul `Cheesy’ Singh cracked his third First-Class hundred and his second this season, to help power the Guyana Jaguars to a first innings 337 against visitors Barbados Pride who were 60-4 when day two of the 3rd Round WICB/PCL Regional 4-Day match ended yesterday at Providence, Guyana.

The 26-year-old Singh, followed up his career-best 150 against the Leewards in the last round, with a stylish 121 from 241 balls with 14 fours scoring all around the ground during his 300-plus minute stay at the crease.
