Family of Denilson Rose protests over road death probe

Relatives and friends of Denilson Rose (inset), 17, of Linden gathered yesterday outside of the Chambers of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) at Eve Leary to protest the absence of a charge in his death in a road crash.

Rose was knocked down allegedly by a member of the Guyana Police Force on October 24th and family members are pleading for justice as no one has been charged. They said yesterday that when they enquire about the case they are usually met with unclear answers.
