Guyana Sugar Corporation (GuySuCo) Skeldon Estate manager Dave Kumar was on Thursday slapped with charges of riotous behavior and assaulting a peace officer with intent to avoid arrest.
Kumar appeared before Magistrate Rabindranauth Singh in the Springlands Magistrate’s Court.
Police Prosecutor Inspector Godfrey Playter had no objections to bail and Kumar’s attorneys,
