City vendor Steve Simon was yesterday placed on $150,000 bail after he pleaded not guilty to charges that he forged an ID card and made a false statement to immigration authorities to get a passport.
It is alleged that Simon, of 1719 Diamond New Housing Scheme, East Bank Demerara,
