Academy players in the mix as three day practice match begins

Guyana Jaguars Assistant Coach Rayon Griffith said the three-day practice match which bowls off today at the Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) Ground Bourda, will help get the cricketers backinto four-day mode following the staging of the regional one day competition.

“The 50 over competition is done so we’re trying to get out of the 50 over mood and get them into longer format so we will be using this match to put them in that zone,” Griffith told Stabroek Sport yesterday.
